n3GC is a tool to compare genes of three genomes, at sequence level. It uses the concept of BBH implemented with All-versus-all Blast search to indicate families of paralogous genes and groups of these families among three organisms. G3C was developed in the context of the Genome Pb Project, helping to analyse the genome of Paracoccidioides brasiliensis, a dimorphic human pathologic fungus, in comparison to other pathologic and non-pathological fungus. |
